What we’ll do together
Mobility & Activity
Encouraging regular movement, supporting clinician-prescribed exercises, accompanied walks and building everyday confidence with mobility.
Social Connection
Companionship, conversation, hobbies and interests — and supporting engagement with community life and the connections that matter to you.
Practical & Technical Support
Help with correspondence, forms, appointments and using phones, tablets or computers.
Everyday Living
Support with cooking, shopping, household organisation and daily routines that sustain independence. We encourage participation at every step.
Outdoor & Wellbeing
Gentle gardening, local walks, fresh air outings and encouraging attendance at community events and activities.
Home Safety Observations
Drawing on years of NHS home visiting experience, we share practical observations to make your home safer and easier to navigate.

We visit you at home, get to know you properly, agree your goals and create your personalised support plan together.
-

-
5. Family updates
With your consent, we provide regular updates to your nominated family member or emergency contact — keeping the people who matter to you informed and reassured.
Simple, transparent pricing
Stride Living charges a single hourly rate — no complex packages, no minimum contracts, no hidden fees. You pay for the time and support you receive.
£50 per hour
Invoices issued weekly or monthly by your preference. Payment by bank transfer within 7 days. We are a privately funded service — not a domiciliary care agency and not CQC registered. If your needs change and regulated care becomes necessary, we will help you connect with the right service and make sure you are never left without a clear next step.
"Stride Living gave us real peace of mind. Mum is more confident, more active, and genuinely happier at home."
